Returns

You have a right to cancel and return your item(s) within 14 days of you receiving your order. All refunds will be issed to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency within 14 days of us receiving the item back from you.
Your bank may take 3-7 working days for your refund to show on your account.

Goods returned must be undamaged, unworn and with all tags still attached. If goods are returned in an unsatisfactory/damaged condition this amount will be deducted from your refund.

All return postage costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty) and we do not currently offer pre-paid returns.
We recommend you return your item by registered post. MiniYou will not be held responsible for any missing parcels on the customers behalf.

In the event that we do not receive your returned item(s), we will ask for proof of return either from your Post Office or preferred courier. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this proof.

Please inclose a note with your return including your order number and name.
